I hope this blog finds you happy and healthy. I want to introduce myself and begin what I hope is an interesting and educational blog. My name is Erica. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or LCSW. I currently have a private practice in San Diego. I have been in private practice since 2015. I love it! It allows me to do what I love and have flexibility f
or my family. Creating work life balance is crucial for my mental health and I'm sure yours as well. I wanted to start a blog on my website to share common struggles and introduce alternatives that may not be as mainstream.
What this blog is not is a pulpit. I will not preach or offer a list of do's and don'ts. My intention is pure and my spirit is full of energy to make this blog a safe place to openly share thoughts and ideas for the betterment of us all.
Not all these blogs will speak to you.... Some may scream at you...I only hope you honor the spirit in which they are being offered and open your mind to the possibilities of difference.
